Each day your driver has the same (or a similar) routine. They get in around 6am, performs a pre-trip inspection on the truck, heads to the rack, waits in line to fill up and then off to start making deliveries for the day. At some point the driver will make their way back to the rack for one more fill before the end of the day.
Loading the truck 2 times a day is what many of us have done for years. But what if you tried something new? Something that could give you fewer stops at the rack? And what if this something new was as simple as a shift in mindset?
Read our complete delivery optimization article on the GREMLIN blog to see how making one small chance can save you an entire trip to the rack, while still delivering the same amount of gallons.
